Conclaves

Each spring the National Fraternity sponsors a series of five one-day Regional Leadership Academies. These academies offer an interactive learning experience convenient to all undergraduate chapter members in a particular region.

Programming focuses on personal development and organization management.

The benefits of these concentrated, one-day academies is that actives only need to dedicate one day to traveling and learning, and participation tends to be much higher since delegates can drive there and back in one day.

The Foundation strives to make funds available to recruit the best possible academy teachers and provide all chapter delegates with meals and housing for the full weekend session.
