Leadership Consultant Program

Kappa Delta Rho hired its first Leadership Consultant in the Fall of 1983 - nearly 100 years after many of it's larger fraternity rivals. In the past twenty-two years our Leadership Consultant Program has evolved into a dynamic and interactive support mechanism for our chapters.

The Leadership Consultant Program provides direct support to the undergraduate chapters and their members. The Consultants, hired at graduation, are chapter leaders who are trained to cultivate and support leadership among their assigned chapters. They actively communicate with, guide, and nurture chapter leaders. The Consultants coordinate the various regional and national leadership programs undertaken by the Fraternity each year.
