I have attended two Williams Leadership Academies, and a Regional Conclave. They give brothers a chance to learn from each other and from a tremendously talented group of KDR alums, and we can all use that knowledge to improve their own chapters.

I wish I could thank Elmon Williams (for whom the Williams Leadership Academy is named) for flawlessly demonstrating that Kappa Delta Rho is a brotherhood that transcends time, location, and even mortality.
