About The Board
The Kappa Delta Rho Foundation financially supports the educational, leadership, and character development programs undertaken by the National Fraternity of Kappa Delta Rho.
Through these programs, members learn the value of service, acquire skills to confront the challenges of society, and make a lifetime commitment to place honor above all things.
The Kappa Delta Rho Foundation also administers scholarship programs and makes awards to members of The National Fraternity of Kappa Delta Rho.

KDR Foundation Board Of Trustees
Michael Mueller, Eta 1995
President
Brother Mueller graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1995 with a bachelors degree in accounting and again in 1996 with a masters degree in taxation. He was a re-founding member of the Eta chapter. He is both a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner and previously worked with Arthur Andersen, LLP. Brother Mueller currently serves as Comptroller for a Hospital Group in Orlando Florida. Amongst his many volunteer activities, he is treasurer of the Eta Building Association and President of the Dana-Thomas House Foundation. He resides in Orlando Florida with his wife, Renee and their daughter.
J. Hall Jones, Jr., Lambda Beta 1991
Vice President of Investments
Brother Jones is assistant portfolio manager and equity analyst at AEW Capital Management. He served on the Board of Directors of the national fraternity from 1992 to 2002. He was instrumental in founding the Lambda Beta Alumni Corporation and has served as an alumnus advisor to the Phi Beta Chapter. He resides in Boston, Massachusetts with his wife Alicia and their newborn daughter Caty.
Paul A. Downes, Gamma 1969
Secretary
Brother Downes graduated from the University at Albany (formerly SUNY at Albany) in 1968. He served as KDR Foundation president from 1993 to 2000. Paul is retired from the publishing business and serves on several civic and corporate boards. Until recently, he was managing partner of Pinnacle Publications, LLC. Currently, he is active in fundraising and planned giving, and serves as trustee and secretary of the St. James and Columbian Foundations. He resides in Moravia, NY, with his wife Nancy.
Robert D. Corrie, Beta 1953
Treasurer
Brother Corrie graduated from Cornell University in 1953, where he was member of the Beta Chapter. Bob is a retired Deputy Comptroller for National Westminister Bank and recently retired from consulting in financial risk management. Brother Corrie is retired and lives in Williamsburg, Virginia with his wife Ann, where he serves as an advisor to the Phi Beta Chapter at the College of William and Mary as well as supporting the new Beta Gamma Chapter at Christopher Newport University.
William J. Paris, Eta 1987, JD 1990
Director of Development
Brother Paris served as executive director of The National Fraternity of Kappa Delta Rho and The Kappa Delta Rho Foundation from 1993 to 1997. He then served as director of gift planning and development for the foundation from 1997 to 2000. From 2000 until May of 2005 he was vice president of capital campaigns with Affinity Connection, Inc., specializing in fraternity capital campaign consulting. Bill recently formed "The Laurus Group" to continue his focus on fraternity and sorority capital campaign consulting. He resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
Edward Curtis, Rho 1962
Trustee
During his professional career Ed has served as the comptroller for several companies in the Philadelphia area. He is currently self-employed with Curtis & Associates. Ed lives in Collegeville, Pennsylvania with his wife Joyce. In his volunteer capacity brother Curtis has served as President of the Rho Alumni Corporation for many years.
James C. Hubbard, Psi ’66
Trustee
Brother Hubbard graduated from Lycoming College, went on to graduate school at the University of Illinois’s Institute of Labor & Industrial Relations and in 1968 began his 40 year association with Brunswick Corporation as a Human Resources professional. He earned his JD from Santa Clara (CA) University in labor law in 1975. Jim retired June 2008 from Brunswick’s Mercury Marine division and is active in his community of Fond du Lac, WI where he and wife Sharon have resided since 1990.
Anthony E. Hudimac, Mu Alpha ’84
Trustee
Brother Hudimac graduated from West Virginia University where he was a founding father of the Mu Alpha chapter and was Questor and served as treasurer of the Inter Fraternity Council. He is a Certified Public Accountant and works at Yount, Hyde & Barbour, P.C. in their Middleburg, VA office. He resides in Round Hill, VA with his wife Holly.
Mark S. West, Upsilon Alpha ’88
Trustee
Brother West graduated from Parks College of St. Louis University in 1988 with a degree in Aviation Management and is a member of the Upsilon Alpha Chapter of KDR. He earned a masters degree in International Relations in 2008 from Webster University and has worked 19 years for The Boeing Company in finance supporting a variety of aerospace and defense related programs. Brother West served on the KDR National Board of Directors from 1996 – 2000, St. Louis University Parks College Alumni Association Board of Directors from 1999 – 2004 and has held numerous positions with the Upsilon Alpha Alumni Corporation of KDR since its inception in the 1990’s. He resides in St. Charles, MO with his wife, Kim Becker.
Douglas M. Rammel, Pi Alpha 1990
Trustee
Brother Rammel graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy. Brother Rammel currently serves as Vice President, Information Systems, Technology and Strategic Planning for Group Athletica, a division of Addidas Corporation. Brother Rammel is an active volunteer with several organizations in the Indianapolis Community. He lives in Indianapolis with his wife Chantel, and their two daughters.
Raphael Isaac, Iota Beta 1991
Trustee
Brother Isaac received his B.S. degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). At RIT, he was a founding father of the Iota Beta Chapter and served as consul at the time of chartering. After graduation, he worked for the National Fraternity as a leadership consultant. Since 1993, he has served on the national convention Awards Committee. Currently, Brother Isaac is the broker and principal partner of Wakefield Properties, LLC, headquartered in the Bronx, NY - a multistate real estate company that develops and redevelops residential properties. Brother Isaac lives in Great Neck, NY with his wife Susan and three children.
Matthew Leiphart, Iota 1992

Brother Leiphart graduated from Bucknell University with a degree in mechanical engineering. He is Vice President and Chief of Operations for Platinum Registration, a firm specializing in auditing and registering the management methods and operations of organizations in relation to international standards for quality, customer satisfaction, and performance. He resides in Denver, Colorado, with his wife Galina, and son Ben.
Arthur Smith, Xi ‘59
Trustee
Brother Smith graduated from Colby College. Brother Smith is semi-retired as General Counsel of Corning Glass Corporation and continues to serve in a consulting capacity. He resides in Sylvania Ohio with his wife Bonnie.
Robert H. Boyer, Pi 1960
Trustee
Brother Boyer graduated from Gettysburg College in 1960 with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He completed two years of graduate study in political science at Penn State University. For many years, he was employed with the Glatfelter Company – a manufacturer of pulp and paper – where he served in many positions, the last being vice president of marketing. Before retiring, he was senior vice president of York Federal Savings and Loan. At the 2008 National Convention in Toledo, Ohio, he was inducted into the Ordo Honoris. He lives in York, Pennsylvania, with his wife Barbara, and they have three daughters.
Steven M. Stastny, Nu Alpha 1988
Trustee
Brother Stastny graduated from Columbia University in 1988 with a bachelor’s degree in political science as a part of the pre-law program. In 1991, he received a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane University. Today, he is a partner in the law firm of Ford & Harrison, LLP, specializing in labor and employment issues. Currently, he serves the foundation as a member of the Committee on Endowments. He and his wife, Lauren, and their two sons, live in Birmingham, Alabama.
Gregg Steamer, Delta ‘74

Brother Steamer graduated from Colgate University. He works for Northern Trust Corporation as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Brother Steamer serves as a member of the investment committee. He resides in the Chicago area with his two teenage Children.
Gregg Klein, Omicron Alpha, ‘96
Vice President of the Annual Fund
Brother Klein graduated from Rutgers University where he was Consul of the Omicron Alpha Chapter. He works for BNP Parabais as an analyst following the gaming and private prison industries. Brother Klein serves as a member of the Foundation Investment Committee. He resides in the New York area.
Thomas V. McComb, Nu 1959
Trustee Emeritus
Brother McComb received his undergraduate and law degrees from Indiana University. From 1966 to 1974, he served in both the Indiana House of Representatives and Senate. In 2005 he retired as chairman and CEO of Professional Design Insurance Management Corporation, an underwriting facility for architects and engineers professional liability insurance, having held those positions since 1980 and was president of the KDR Foundation from 2003-2007. Brother McComb and his wife, Norma, reside in Sarasota, Florida and spend summers in Indiana. They have four children and nine grandchildren.
